Beautiful view, beautiful interior, I liked it so much, I made my wife get up and look at your photos.

Bad idea, she suggested I sell our boat then buy waterfront with room for that "bigger boat you always talk about" behind it.

I hope the quickie mart is hiring, I'm gonna need another job.

Where on the Texas coast is that?

A big canal front community called Padre Isles. Its on the north end of Padre Island, in the city of Corpus Christi. Very protected water being on the leeward side, yet only 10 minutes from the open gulf via the new channel. There are some 60 miles of canals lined with houses.

Padre Island National Seashore is only about 5 minutes away by car and just down the intracoastal by boat.
