Jim or anyone else whom has experience and knowledge about the new multi-color lights that Jim and others sell. Thought I'd asked this question on line here as I think other CSR readers are probably interested in them as well.

The wiring looks pretty straight forward as it appears you change out the lights on the circuit you want and just hook the power supply (red wire) and turn the lights on. I suspect you have to make sure you get this lights all on the same sequence so that they are all on the same color at the same time is about all you have to do. Is this correct or is there more to it than that?

Has anyone already installed these and if so is it as simple as it seems?

yup

various threads on these. The sequence is not an issue.. it's on/off to change between the colors. I put a pair in my arch and they even fit the opening perfectly. Some have had to make minor adjustments.

I had to make small adjustments to the size of the hole from the original but hook up is just that simple....power and ground. Like Larry&Leisa said above, you cycle through the colors using the existing switch and they all sequence together, haven't had them mis-sequence as of yet.
