Moving from lake Ozarks to lake powell, need advice & info

Job change will have us moving to salt lake this summer and we are now trying to figure out what to do with our boat. We have a 99 400 sundancer with 3116 cats on lake of the ozarks, that we enjoy and would like to keep. We are currently gathering info on lake powell as it appears to be the closest lake to SLC, north end is 300 miles from SLC which is a 75 miles shorter than our current drive to Loz. Looking for info and advice on bull frog and halls creek marinas with a covered slip. Is there a waiting list, is it worth the expense, has anyone boated on Loz and powell the can share the experience? Thanks!

There is a waiting list at Bullfrog but not Halls I pay $463 a month for my covered slip for my 340

Palerunner, thanks for the info. Curious if the marina is reasonably nice, (not looking for fancy) but has clean restrooms, family friendly? Do people keep PWC on lifts at the marina? Do you travel from Utah? Curious what the drive time is if you are coming from SLC? Are there decent maintenance services available at the marina?

I may have to make the decision on the boat move before I have a chance to even go to the lake so the more info I can get from individuals that actually boat there it will help. Thanks again!

Restrooms are clean and marina family friendly. I keep my PWC in dry storage. I travel from SW colorado and its a 3 hour drive.

Make sure you have a good A/C! Oh and you will not be around party cove anymore on LOZ
