Moved 340 to Orange Beach, Alabama

Hay Jim, not yet. Mark, Donna and the Tatums will be at Barber this weekend. Kay and I will stay here on "baby watch". July 2nd is target birth date but he could come any time. Thanks for checking on us. We hope you all did not get washed away in the rain.

Vince, Let us know how it goes :) We did get some serious rain. I had 27" at home and the Dink Was FULL! We'll look for the gang this weekend. Also any movement on the Phys/ plane?

Looking at a V35 Bonanza. Had looked a a nice Beech Travel Air but it is under contract. Bonanza ia one less motor to deal with.Tell everyone hello. The grand baby could come any time.

From one pilot to another:

I just sold a 421C and bought a V35B model. Granted the weather capability of the 2 airplanes are different, but the FUEL burn went from 42 gallons an hour to 16.

I just did not believe we are ever going to see $2.00 a gallon fuel which it was when I bought the 421.

We took delivery on our "new to us" V35B last Tuesday. These are such great flying airplanes. I have flown it about 3 hours this week.

I talked with Bill last week. He seems happy in TN. A36 is a super nice airplane. Looks to be about 2.1 hours from SHV to JKA. We own our hanger here in Shreveport but must tie down in Orange Beach.

Jim.

Thanks. When we have a chance to get down there we will go for a ride. You can get some stick time while we are sight seeing.
