HA! If I could get $4,500 for my 300,000+ mile Navigator, it might be worth it just the screw the feds and get back a couple thousand that they stole from me.

When Washington can stop spending more than it collects in revenues then I might be able to tolerate programs like this. Right now what we are doing is getting further into debt to finance near worthless programs exactly like this. Does this make any sense? Would you put anything like this on your credit card? Its time for Washington to get back to basics and pay only for things that are absolutely necessary, not programs like this.
