Miami to Hawks Cay

I am planning a trip to Hawk Cay in Duck Key, Florida. Has anyone done it and how long did it take you from Miami. Plannin to head down in June, anyone interested in making the trip?

It's about 90 SM from Government Cut to Duck Key going down Hawks Channel. I don't know what speed you like to cruise at but figure 4-5 hours unless you really want to push it. Stay in the channel and watch out for shallow water. It's a fantastic resort!!

 

[Odyssey]

2 ways to get there... Hawks Channel (east side of the Keys but protected by the reefs) or inside the Keys. Each way has it's pluses. Both are great trips.
