Method of cleaning contacts on instruments

Is there any recommended spray or methods folks use to clean the contacts/connections on the back of the instruments at the Helm? Thanks

You can buy spray-on electronics cleaners. But for me, nothing beats using a small, brass/bronze bristled brush. Don't forget to label your wires and/or take pictures as you remove them so you don't forget where they go back. After you re-make the connections put a light coat of protectant on everything - something as simple as dielectric grease is fine.
