running take out , but 2 freeze plugs missing , still has compression though, i think it just needs a new block, engine is complete, 278hrs on mercruiser reman, bought the boat with this motor , also outdrive comes with it complete engine package, risers are 2 year old , would be a great motor with a new block for someone restoring one, im repowering it to outboard motor , im not an inboard guy,, will consider any reasonable offer , located near bham ala(childersburg,al), outdrive shifts perfectly as well, will sell everything except trim pump , using it for my trim tabs,,,,,,,i just want it gone and out of my way,,,,or may take it to the scrap yard
