Merc 4.3 fuel lines to filter for winterizing.

I usually disconnect hose to fuel supply to engine which is the water sep filter and run on my own 2 stroke mix but of course it's not an easy disconnect and connect. Seems like u need to rig something up. Anyone have ideas or know the size adapter to get?

Most fuel sep systems have 2 in and 2 out ports. rig it like you would to use an external tank. put a shutoff in the feed line port and another shutoff on the other feed port with an outboard fuel hose attached.
threads size is 1/4 inch pipe.

I just unthreaded adapter and slide fuel line over make threaded end. Should work fine as long as fuel runs thru
