Well it's that time of year again when new slip contracts are coming out and we are going into our 5th year. It's hard to believe that time has gone by so fast and we still absolutely love the place. Next year in the fall they are supposed to start on the renovations and the place will look fantastic.I'm mentioning this because I really think slips will be scarce as this project moves on. If your thinking about our location stop over some time and take a look at the plans that are in the office. Ask for one of the office girls to show you and let them know please I asked you to stop by. I get a pat on the back and that goes a long way.
