Hello all,
just upgraded my mastervolt system with a combimaster 3000.
Already had a chargemaster 12/25
from advise from a local distributor I bought the smartremote control display.
Awesome display but only could monitor the combimaster.
The distributor says that maybe the chargermaster needs to get a firmware upgrade so I bought the mastervolt usb interface.
nice device to monitor everything but with the latest software you can’t update your device by yourself you need a installer password.
the distributor couldn’t help me and I was already thinking that something was wrong about the things he told me so I called mastervolt. After complaining about the less technical support I received they connect me to a technical guy from mastervolt. Finally a good conversation and information
The smartremote can only monitor 1 device, if I want to see all devices I need the EasyView 5. Lucky me I kept all the stuff from the smartremote and I could send it back. Any minute the EasyView 5 should be delivered for me.
But now I have my system complete I don’t like that I can’t update my devices. Local mastervolt dealers says, bring eveything here and we update for you. Ain’t gonna happen because everything is nicely installed and I have all the equipment to do the upgrade myself except the installer password from the masteradjust software.
can anyone help me with this password? No login name needed, only a password.
