Marinemax getaway Lake Mead with pics

This was last weekends trip to lake mead.

First night sunset at Mushroom Reef. (about 5 miles west of Temple Bar Marina)

Looks like a linebacker to me.

Some of the folks set up for overnight.

How big of steak do you want?

Quick hide the metal detector, here comes the park ranger. OOPS!

Glass in the morning.

Off the back of my boat. See were I mounted the barbecue.

Morning bath.

Water was great, the food was great, I 11 year old daughter and her friend hormones. :smt101

From the picts. it looks like you guys had the lake to your selves! Looks beautiful there :thumbsup: Do your boats even get dirty there? The water looks great & clean! I can only wish...

Only one boat was slipped the rest are all trailerable. We were about 35 east of the busy area. Thats why we like this area. Remember Lake mead is huge. The get dirty from spots. This is our drinking water for az, cal, nevada. Very clean. :thumbsup:
