Thank you Britlady for the referral but I doubt he'd want to come that far for a survey unless I paid his travel.

He goes all over the east coast, even offered to do one for us on the west coast and it was not much, if any more. I would call and ask him for a quote, he is very good. Nothing to lose by asking, he won't mind. The nice thing about Steve is, he is the owner and can make his own rules.........

Try St. Augustine Marine I believe they have a couple. Luhrs now owns them. Good people to deal with.
