Marine Max in Greenbrook Closed??

A friend (Carver owner) who lives in Greenbrook off of Rt. 22 told me MarineMax out there has closed its doors? Can this be true??

Marine Max Closed Oakdale, MN About a month ago And laid many more employees at the other MN locations, Slow boat sales are hurting MMax.

I just did a zip code search for locations near me and Greenbrook, NJ did NOT come up. Also not listed when you do a search for NJ locations. :smt009

Yes..........they were a "highway" dealership, they consolidated with another Marine Max that is closer to the water. I bought my 210BR from them a few years ago with the help of a contact at the Gunpowder Cove Marine Max in Joppa, MD. I spoke to him yesterday and he confirmed it.

They joined the 6 others that MM closed. Same store sales are down 45%.

They "merged" with Marine Max in Lake Hopatcong. From what some of the folks at Hopat told me is that some of the Green Brook employees were absorbed into the Hopatcong staff.
