Phil, you a liveaboard? My marina(well not mine, but where I keep boat) I pay $1700 for a calendar year. We have a bunch of liveaboards. I told they pay a lil more, not much. Not fancy, toilets, showers. Bar and pizza can walk to. But it nice and safe and with liveaboards, everyone watches the boats. Middle River Landing. Check it out online if you think of move south. And there are 2 amazing tiki bars on the river if you like beer.

More like a "work aboard" a couple days a week this season (I'm hoping)!

Same here, but I don’t let them know. I pay for the lines. I pay for the poles. I pay for the slip. I have a lease and the town double dips. Nope not here
