I have been struggling with replacing my MAN monitor's since one had stopped working this past summer. I discovered they are manufactured by a company known as Bonning. After visiting with Bonning on a road trip to Florida, I decided this was the way to go. I replaced both MMDS monitors with Bonnings monitor model number AHD880G. Although still very expensive for a monitor, it was far less expensive then replacing them with MAN originals. Since the replacement is manufactured by Boning, who made the original for MAN, it was a plug and play installation with all the same engine readings as the original. Next step was to modify the panel. The panel is made for Sea Ray by Tecnographics. Once I contacted them, they sent me a drawing of the original panel in the original color. They did a new panel for me with the appropriate cut outs I needed for the new Monitor. Looks good and works great. I attached a picture.
I will say there are other options out there that are not plug and play if your motors talk J1939 language. Unfortunately, when I contacted MAN with my engine serial numbers, mine do not. Which limited my options.

Wow looks great, love the wide monitor. Technigrafics and Sam are the best. I am waiting on my new dash panel to be finished. The are so backed up right now....
