Beautiful area and a great time of year up there! I'm in Friendship a few times each year. I've never stopped in Christmas cove, but steam by it whenever we go to Boothbay. My wife likes walking around "cute little towns". Do you think it's worthwhile to make a little trip there? I actually almost took a trip to Christmas cove about a month ago, but my Uncle's John Deere (1948M that he keeps on Friendship Island) blew a drive shaft/axle and we spent some time repairing that, instead.

I loved CC it was very nice and the swing bridge in south Bristol was idyllic. You should try it
