Main DC Breaker panel

Can anyone tell if these breakers are off or on. I ask because both my bilge pumps are off

Pretty sure they are on because if they were tripped you would see a red reset tab popped up in the slots where the arrow points.

Take that panel down, check and clean any connections that are even questionable then test them all with a DVOM. If they are all good, treat with boeshield t-9 and trace your power from there.

They are all on. If you have a narrow #1 flat screwdriver, push into the vertical slot on the left and you should see the right (on) side pop out.

That surely makes me think the slots are for testing the breakers.

How do I test if power is going to the panel? I pulled out the panel and I see the red leads. Where should I connect the black lead?

Batt. neg. post would be best. There should be a negative buss bar under the helm also.
