Hello Im new to this group,I don't have a boat at this time but am looking at a 2004 240sd 350 mag 300 hp . I was reading on another forum that the sea ray set the out drive a little to high and they had to put a 1" spacer in the shaft and got better speed out of the boat. So i got to thinking if anybody had tried this in the 240 sd? If so what kind of results did you get?Thanks B52d from MI.
