Lost keys

Good afternoon all.
I just got my boat out of storage. She has been sitting there for about 2 years due to health issues. She was winterized but has been sitting. I want to make sure she will still turnover before I put the money into restoring what needs to be fixed. My issues are 1. I lost my keys and cannot figure out how to crank her. And 2. The battery is shot it’s dead dead. Can I by pass just to see if she will turn over.

1. go marine store or amazon. get sierra ignition, comes with 2 keys.
2. no, unless you got the iphone app you ae not starting without a battery. search the App store.

Concur. Replace battery and ignition switch. Hook it up. Then turn it over. I had to do the same when I first got my boat. There was no battery. Ignition switch had no keys and it was rusted. I put in a new switch, installed a battery. Engine did turn over but needed lots of work. Yours should not need as much work. Empty the fuel tank, put in new gas. Probably new filters, oil change, new spark plugs. If it's a carbureted engine, a good shot of carb cleaner. If fuel injected, put some injector cleaner in the fuel.
