Hey Guys! Hope everyone is doing well.
I have a 2000 Sea Ray 210 Signature w/ a 5.0L EFI Mercruiser. I was wondering if someone would tell me where and how do I tighten the serpentine belt? Thanks!

There should be a plastic round puck looking piece with two nuts on it. You need 2 wrenches on it. One is to tighten it and the other is to adjust it.

Skolbe, thanks for the reply.
I have 2 pulleys that look like pucks. One is by the power steering bracket (above the alternator) and the second one is to the left (I believe it is on the Idler bracket, per the online parts diagram). I'm assuming you are talking about the one on the idler bracket?

Looking at the engine from in the boat, the tensioner is the upper left pulley (starboard side). After you loosen the nut, the stud in the center of the pulley accepts a wrench (look at the end of the stud, you will see what I menan) and you use it to move the pulley and hold the tension as you use another wrench to tighten the nut back down.

Let us know how it goes.

Your instructions were exactly what I needed.
I really appreciate the help.
Thanks!!!!!!!
