looking to buy 06 240 SD-what motor is in it?

looking at purchasing a 06 240 SD with Bravo 3 SS props. Seller has listed it as a 5.7 @320hp with CC exhaust and on the title shows 320 hp under horsepower.
Air cleaner cover sticker is missing and I'm waiting for actual engine serial number but title has OW353454 under motor number. I'm pretty sure its actually a 6.2.
Can't find anything so far googling to 0w353454 info other than 5.0,5.7,6.2.
Can anyone verify what's in it?

A Stock 5.7 would be a 300hp “350 MAG”

The 6.2 wound be 320hp if I remember correctly.

I am trying to get the motor serial number to obtain boat insurance and can only identify the hull number. Who would be able to provide this information if I disclose the Hull No.

Update. Boat ended up needing a lot of work so passed.
Got locked in on an 03 270 Sundeck with 6.2 and brand new trailer. Picking up next week.

Going bigger is rarely a problem!

I prefer layout of 270 over 240. Either would be great but given the choice. Being we hang out more now and float than hardcore boarding I’m thinking 270 is the ticket. Especially since we have the big Flathead lake here. Bigger and heavier boat for the waves
