I have a 26 ft 1981 Sundancer that needs electronics. Looking for recomendations. Will be using it on Lake Lanier in Ga. and PCB, Fl. Thanks

Welcome to CSR. Are you looking for a recommendation on what you need, or different models? A little more info will get you a better response. If you are starting from scratch, I would recommend at minimum a good VHF radio, I prefer ICOM. A GPS/Chartplotter, I like Garmin models. A depth sounder, if you don't have one already, you can also find GPS units that have a transducer to incorporate depth into your plotter. Then add a waterproof handheld VHF and you should be good. The sky is the limit to add things, but at a bare minimum you should be good with these to start.

Since I am new any and all input is needed and appreciated. Does a unit like the Hummingbird 798ci Si combo cover what I need? Then add the hand held VHF radio to complete my requirements. There is an old radio that came with the boat, but due to the age I felt it would be better to go with something newer. Thanks for the response.
