Looking for a Marine AC mechanic in the Sac Delta area

Just thought I'd reach out and ask if anybody in the Sacramento/Delta area knows of a AC mechanic that specializes in marine applications? My forward V-berth AC unit has apparently given up. I am hoping it is something easy to fix.
FYI... It is a Marine Air Systems 10K BTU reverse cycle unit. Model is Vector Compact VCP-10K and uses a Passport II digital control. When turned on the compressor can be heard starting, but the fan never starts. Could be the fan motor or even the digital control pad... Water flow through the condenser is good.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
