Looking for a good diesel tech in Essex MD

I am looking for someone in MD that can pull my Aftercoolers. So i can have them cleaned. Old owner used Rotella 15/40 . Of course I am changing the the Cat 30w. But i am sure the A/C are fouled

You can call Cat, gonna be expensive, Any good mechanic could do it, it's more a mechanical job than specific to a diesel mechanic. I've done mine, hardest part was access on the starboard engine, You can try Art over at Anchor Bay, The mechanics at Porters are good. or do it yourself.
