Discounted stay at Palace Resorts or Hard Rock Resorts? [mexico / dominican]

As we get our of our thaw here in the North, I know alot of folks start looking at vacations.
My wife & I are 'members' at Palace Resorts, and are able to provide our member benefits out to friends/family, etc. This is not timeshare sales - you don't have to go to a presentation, nothing like that. Essentially the referred gets our same rates, and benefits. You get those perks, and we get room discounts from palace as well. You book directly with resort, you don't pay me anything.
Every referral gets:
* $1500 in resort 'cash' to use on spa, tours, upgrades
* 25 min massage + 25 min mani + 25 min pedi per adult in the room
* Free trans to and from airport to resort
