Looking for a clarion xmd1

its whats in the boat ,i already have a dash and stern remotes that work fine with the xmd1,I dont see any reason to change anything as i am happy with the current set up. I dont need a booming stereo to enjoy boating.

I have one in my 410, and I have contemplated an upgrade, but like you, I have the remote at the helm. I wonder if the remote will work with an XMD3. If it will, I would think you might look at one of those. I believe they have AUX inputs for an Ipod, etc...
