Looking for 80's 230cc Owners

Hello Club Searay Members - Just purchased an 88' 230cc w/ a 454ci Mercruiser and a Rochester 4brl Quadrajet. The boat is sound and dry. Pics to come soon. Trying to get her running at peak. The carb. linkage would not allow the 4 brl to open so I modified the linkage. In the process of electrical tune-up now.( plugs,wires,cap,Etc.) Anyone else have a boat like mine ?:huh: Ric

our weekender is close. the snap that big block offers in this boat makes it a blast run
be careful with that alpha drive and rember its only rated to 300 hp and your 7.4 is rated to 330 hp
i would be very carefull messing with the carb settings on your Q-jet with out the factory manual. they are very easy to set up but have to be set to precise specks ans out lined in manual.

Hey Garry Owen Nice look'in boat. I'm try'in to make the time to clean and polish mine so I can put some pics on here. I would like to buy a full canvas. any ideas anyone.also lookin for a bimini top.:smt100
