IMHO, that out-drive is screaming neglect, there hasn't been a coat of wax on her in years, and the damage to the swim platform speaks volumes about the level of care the PO has given this boat. It's not uncommon to see new skippers bang up a boat, but when it happens, the repair done should make it look new, not like it's been to Thunderdome with Mad Max at the helm.
The new generator is a plus but the rest of the boat detracts too much from that selling point. I'd pass on this one for sure.
