Looking at a 240 Sundeck -whats differences have happened since '08

Good looking boat Ausie230SD. We are looking at an '08 240 and a '13 240. I like the interior layout of both of these years (not a huge fan of the wet bar - seems like that takes up seating space). Any stories on which one trailers better?

You will come to really like the wet bar. Being able to wash your hands is well worth the space it takes.

There is plenty of seating on the 2008 240.

No way I would give up my sink.

Aussie, your 230 doesn't look the same as the 2000's era 240 in the states.

We have an oval port hole window on each side, 1 in the bathroom, 1 in the helm storage area. I don't see one on yours.

The 240 here in the states was 26' 4" LOA up to and including the 2009 Model year.

Hi Espos, although I purchased my 230 in 2008, it is the 2009 model. That is when the old 240 became what is now the 260. My 230 is derived from the old 220. The old 220 had no port hole windows, and was a little over 24' in length. After a year, the 230 was renamed 240. So the current 240 is derived from the old 220, before the introduction of the rear facing seat.
