Local knowledge of boat for sale- 45' Ocean Alexander in NY

I have no knowledge of this boat, but think it's beautiful. Good luck. Should you need crew on your journey give me a call.

Is it of the Monk/Nolan design period? They put out some awsome stuff. The only concerns I would have with that particular boat is she appears to be more of an entertainer than a long term cruiser. The galley is nice but the dining table is more like a cocktail table. Hardly room for salt and pepper. It's cold up there even in July so the alFresco dining may be out. My only other concern would be is she too large for the Trent Severn Lock #44.

Not sure about the quality but sign me up. That's a good looking ride!

I emailed my brother. He lives in Mamaroneck, works for the Village of Mamaroneck and a lot about what is going on there. I'll keep you posted.

OUCH....A small fire!?!??! That's like saying Bill Sherman and a few of his buddies went to Atlanta for a BBQ in July (18)'64 and things got a bit out of hand.
