LKN marinas, slow?

I don't know the answer to that, there is not a big rental market in the area. I know they rent jet ski's, but I don't think there are any real boats for rent in my locality.

The marina is probably at about 75% capacity, so there are plenty of slips for transient boaters though. Back when I first got in, there was about a 5 to 10 year waiting list for a slip. (2002)

That 5-10 year waiting list was a reality for my marina also. Today there are open slips waiting to be rented. There were so many open slips at one point, the marina moved some people around so that the restrauant could offer parking for boat up restrauant patrons. That's in addition to the dedicated restrauant docks.

Boat (pontoon) rentals are booming at my marina. Heck, most of the cars in the parking lot are rental boat customers these days. It's a full time job for our dockmaster to run off the rental people from the slip holders parking lot. haha It's funny really. He made up some stickers they say, don't park in the slip owners parking, he runs out in the lot and sticks it right in the middle of the windshield. He put up a sign, and they ignored that, so this is his answer for now. He sits in his office with binocoulars looking out the window. haha It entertains him.

almost all of our wet slips are currently rented....don't know how many slots are open in the dry stack buildings....
