LKN: How may of us out there?

I like that end of the lake. I've never been to Skippers but I have driven past it many times. It looks nice from the road. Your right about the chaos of Mooresville though.

I wet slip my boat sometimes on Stumpy Creek. I have a friend that ownes a lake lot off Kenway Loop. See ya out there on the lake, my boats name is FrayedKnot by the way.
 
I pay $298/mo. That includes power/water, as many in/outs as I want on the cradle to work on the boat. showers, grill, my rack storage in the winter if I so choose. EXCELLENT people that work there. Funniest a$$$ slip mates and I don't have deal with the Rt. 150 traffic if I don't want to. Close restaurants, shopping, and cruise ins. I had a 56 Chevy truck that I'd bring to the boat.
 
anyone planning on going out on the lake this weekend? i am debating a trip to the boat in the morning! i just cant resist!
 
Scoot I'm here (there?) at the boat every weekend. Don't go out too much... bikini watching is very good at the dock;)... so is the a/c.

I'm here, I have to admit I've been taking the jet ski's and pontoon out mostly. I know, I know.....When I do get the Sea Ray out I head to the cove above the hwy150 bridge, next to Marshal Steam Station. SDARC, maybe I need to give you a visit too! haha. Actually I've been up your way a few times this year.
 
i am on the boat now. i usually hang out at the 150 cove as well. i am at midway so i am just around the corner... come over and help me wash the boat! lol
 
scootdogg, I eat at The Boathouse often. I bet we have bumped into each other and didn't even know it. haha
Is your boat on the lake side docks near the enterance to the marina? I think I have seen your boat. I keep my boat at the house but, when I leave it in the water, my friends dock is above the hwy 150 bridge. Up in the cove above the island in the middle of the channel.
Small world, we need to raft up one weekend, all us LKN people. Mike
 
yep... thats my boat. i like it there but actually thinking about making a change and going to north bridge marina (at the blue parrot/white owl)
 
North Bridge Marina is nice...BUT it sure gets rough there at the docks.
It's tough to get into the slip to take on fuel. There is no break water or protection.
You should go and watch the boats in their slips sometime, specially on the weekends. I guess the trade will be the amenities.
Double lines to the thru bolted cleats on the docks is how I would have to roll over there. haha
 
you could come up to me at Skipper's. though we are full for in the water. There might be openings at the marina next to us. Can't think of their name (senior moment), dock builders.
 
I'm at Morningstar. "Looks" like there is space at Lancasters. For the life of me I could not remember Lancasters. And I wasn't even drinking.
