Livewell and Saltwater washdown broken

Can anyone help troubleshoot. I have a 2006 290 Amberjack. This morning I was heading out when the the livewell wouldn't fill with ware. The Saltwater washdown also wouldn't come on. Same pump I assume? Where do I start? Is this a battery issue? I think the livewell and washdown are a 12v system

is the seacock open?
are breakers ok?
if so take voltmeter or test light and check if you have power coming to pump, if there is power - replace faulty pump, if not - look for broken switch or wire.
