Ya gotta love this. Many of the pictures I've posted on CSR over the years have been lifted... it's the Internet... it happens. But you gotta like it when people use them and then try and copyright them and take credit for them.

Remember this thread?

And check this clown out:

See my fried bilge wire picture in there? And he watermarked it with his stupid yachtpal.com domain name so no one could "steal it from him." Who is this Brad Hampton dork anyway?

Nice! He even water marked a NASA drawing.

I am a part time professional photographer and have run into this quite a bit, what really pissed me off was when I had a flyer show up in my mailbox with a real-estate agent promoting business and using one of my limited edition prints for the background scene.
Called him on this and he said is this a problem?....Got the name of the publisher in Toronto that stole it off the net and demanded compensation, he tried to deny it until I sent him proof and treated to sue his ass off and at that point I didn't care if it cost me a couple thousand in fees to get a couple hundred bucks I wanted blood.......Anyway he payed!
I would call him and see how he acts and judge your decision on how to hand what he has taken from you for his gain!

If you would have written ******** on all of your pics, this wouldn't have happened.

It probably is not intentional. Some software that allows uploading on these sites auto copyrights them. I would contact him perhaps he will give you credit for the photo in the story.

You gonna start a www.bradhamptonisadork.com web site so you can give him an infraction for stealing your property?

If you look at his gmail address, I think you can quickly determine the problem.

+1. My thoughts exactly!! He doesn't even try to hide it! You'd think he'd hide out for a day or 2 before digging in!!
