I recently purchased a 1994 Sea Ray 300DA which has Bennet Trim Tabs. There is no indicator at the switch. I can tell that they work, even though I can not see them because of how the swim step is covering them, but the boat reacts to each of them, so they do work.

Can anyone tell me what the time it takes is for them to go full down or retract? I need full down to help get on plane quickly.

When I re-did mine last week I tested them, It seemed to take about 7-9 seconds to go from full up to full down. When your engines are off, you can hear the pump change pitch when they hit their limit, but you can't when you're powered up. When I'm retracting them I just hold the buttons for 10 seconds to be sure.

Thanks guys. I think I must be the last person standing who refuses to give Facebook any personal information, so I don't have a Facebook account to use to log in to see that video though.
