This is a very sad story, 3 young people killed off Leamington ON.

What a shame. RIP. I guess the breakwall isn't lit up? Why wouldn't it have some sort of navigation lights? Bouys? They said that they don't know if alcohol was a factor but, regardless that thing should have navigation lights IMHO.
