Leaking Trim Tab - 2002 240 Sundeck

Hi,

One of my trim tabs is leaking (I think the upper portion may have a crack in it. Here's a couple of pictures (you can see what I think is a crack when I used the flash in the first photo). Do I need to just replace the upper hinge or the actual actuator?

You can replace the upper hinge, in fact we can send you a new one and instructions how to replace it, no charge.

But to be sure we send you the correct one I need to see a picture of the whole actuator in the full up position if you can. Then send me your name and address in a PM and we will mail it right out to you.

Thanks for the photos, That actuator uses a special 1" spacer upper hinge. We will mail you one right away.

Installed the tab - went on really easy. Just need to refill the pump and test them out.... Thanks again!

Figured I should post a final update. I refilled the pump reservoir and both tabs work great! Thanks again for the quite frankly unbelievable service
