Leaking Anchor Locker

Hay SRE;
I've got a new to me 1999 Sundancer 260 with crackes in the bottom of the bow anchor locker that fills the center V-birth compartment with water the anchor compartment drains are clear need to seal it right the first time.........Has anyone had this problem and how do you correctly seal the bottom of the anchor locker........

Mine was doing the same thing, but I have a teak bow pulpit. Had to pull everything apart. Lots of work.

I just had a '98 250 DA sureveyed with elevated moisture readings in the anchor locker. The sureveyor told me that Sea Ray did not use marine grade plywood in the anchor locker on the 98 models. Not sure about 99? And that I needed to sand the gel coat down to the plywood, let it dry out and re epoxy the locker? I have not looked into doing this yet, fyi....
