Lake Saint Clair Peeps

Here's the latest No Wake map.

A family friend is a sheriff for Macomb County Marine Division and he said they're going to be in force this summer

Thanks
Hey MacRay Harbor guys, I am planning on coming over to your marina for the night of June 1st. Just a quick one night trip to take the family on a delayed Mother's Day trip.
Hope to run into some of you guys and have a cold one while I am there.
Sounds good Brent. My well number is Seabreeze #34. I'm on the condo side of SeaRay Blvd. first slip. Post #763 of this thread is a map with our locations. Looking forward to it.

Regarding flooding and Harsens Island:

Patrick Feighan,
Clay Township Board Meeting / St Clair County Emergency Services Director Info:

To those who were unable to attend...
The meeting this evening was very informative, per Justin Westmiller our St Clair County Emergency Management Director the U.S. Army Corpse of Engineers has issued a prediction that as of 10:30am this morning our water levels WILL RISE another 8” from its current level. At that level flooding will inundate the entire island, unlike the flooding that occurred in the mid 1980’s this will not be gradual, but due to much of the later actions raising sea walls and shoreline barriers, the flooding will be immediate as it crests those barriers.
You need to do everything possible to protect your belongings. Move everything from low lying areas or move possessions off island to higher ground.
There is a very real possibility that a mandatory evacuation of the Island and parts of the Clay Township Mainland will be issued as roads flood over, utilities are shut off, and emergency service vehicles are unable to reach flooded areas. If you have not signed up for the St Clair County Emergency Warning System (WINS) I highly advise you do so now.
The first thing to do, right now, is contact your homeowners insurance policy holder and, if you have it, your FEMA flood insurance carrier to find out exactly what is covered and what you are required to do.
The water levels, per the Corpse of Engineers, are forecast to continue to rise and stay there into July, receding slightly into October. We are in this for the long haul. Lake Superior is at an all time high and only recently (days) has the ice and record snowfall melted.
Please inform your neighbors and constituents so they are informed and can take appropriate actions.
If an evacuation is ordered I was assured the US Coast Guard would play an integral part of the transfer assisting ferry operations transporting people and equipment.

If you experience flood damage to your property or possessions, now in the future) document the loss, preferably with pictures, and a description, and report it to:
Damage@stclaircounty.org This will assist in determining relief funding.

These flooding conditions are effecting the entire Great Lakes region. Resources will be spread pretty thin. This is a time we all need to help and assist our neighbors especially those who are elderly or otherwise inform.

As more information becomes available I will share it with you.

Good luck,
Patrick Feighan

Scott, I'm not sure that big 480 is going to fit on Faircloth. Do they have different transients for the big guys like Brent:D?

Joe, they'll probably put him on the other side of the restaurant/pool on Evergreen. Those are for the bigger fellas

Just don't come over to short Seabreeze. My neighbors don't need any help making me look like a little boat:D:D:D.

I stopped by the toywell to check on the whaler last night and contemplated trying to just roll it belly up famn this g was full of water and looked abandoned but I assume that's what happens when you pay it no attention in 3 weeks

In the past, I am pretty sure they put me on Evergreen. Looking forward to it, we always enjoy coming over to MacRay Harbor, it is a really nice place.

Two questions for referrals....

1). Does anyone have a recommendation for electronics repair? For some reason my Raymarine E120 GPS's aren't picking up the boat. One of them won't boot up past the "RAYMARINE" welcome screen nor will it turn off. They worked at the start of the season now nothing.

2). What about a recommendation for a hot water heater to be replaced or repaired. My hot water heater is not working.

Thank you....Brad

Brad, I just replaced my e120's. The crazy thing is, my Axioms just did the exact same thing to me. I had to turn power off to the whole boat and de-energize the batteries to get it to reboot. That seemed to work for me. Otherwise I use Luke's for my electronics. He's kinda tough to contact. Let me know if you need him to come out. I'll text him to speed the process up

Another vote for Lukes. I had Sommers replace my hot water heater a few years ago.

Thank you Rich. Yea it seems as though I have to turn off all power to get it from its locked screen. And then for some reason it won’t find the boat.

How do you like the Axioms? They look nice.
