Lake Michigan Rendezvous

Our plan B is to come up Saturday to meet everyone that makes it and to go to dinner with the group?

Should we plan a dinner out and make a reservation somewhere?

That was the plan, last time we talked. We ended up buying a boat out of the Chicago area a little later into the season, so we stayed in GH this year. We've had such a good summer that we decided to stay 'lake michigan' boaters for now. Hopefully we cross paths sometime.
 
Tried to send you a PM but your box is full. What marina are you guys at in GH...we are looking around a little.

I have tried a couple times to get a list from the marina but they never call back.
Also asked awhile back on this thread for a response of who is coming but only Mark(wet doggg) replied.. and Scott

I had planned on 6-8 boats, I have two other dock mates that are coming down from our Marina, one of which is a CSR member.
As far as dinner goes, good luck finding a place that takes reservations.

We will be going down Friday late afternoon so won't be at the Marina till 6-7pm
I plan on going for a dinghy ride up the river in the morning and hopefully calm enough top drop an anchor in the big lake for a swim. Could have drinks and food on the dock if we can get the admirals to wip up some goodies:thumbsup:

We are coming down Friday morning. Like the dinghy ride idea and think if we all want to eat together Saturday evening we should plan to cook at the Marina.

That may be hard to do, some may be on different sides of the river and there are no grills I'm aware of.

Tello will give us a reservation at 9PM Saturday night. Taste will let us put our name on the list and call when our table is ready.

Grils on the south side are charcoal. We are suppose to be on the South side, I got a call today from the Marina and they wanted to put me on the head wall in the river. I said no way!

Dinghy ride canceled, could have a euchre tournament in the clubhouse?
 
Hope you guys had a good time and sorry we did not stick around. Being the only ones with kids we kept our distance a little. Our kids are great, but not when they are cutting into adult time.

We had a great weekend meeting our new CSR fiends, 7 boats showed up. Hope we can all get together again next summer. New SeaRay hats complements of B & E Marine and SeaRay, Thanks everyone !
The rain moved out and we were able gather for a dinghy ride
