We will be in the five fingers area of McKaskey. I spoke with MM today and asked they tell me where they would like to put the house boat for the movie. They are supposed to give me a location tomorrow.

I've had a few folks come up to me around the lake asking where and when. The word is spreading. It may turn out to be an extra fun outing. Keep it up guys spread the word. We may have our own mini aquapalooza (family friendly of course).:grin:

I am excited about the event, it is gearing up to be a summer hit. I hope to see you and the family soon, this is the last weekend I will have to be away from the dock for school. :smt038
 
got these numbers off a web site Lat, Long 34.1752, -84.6891

I don't know if they are accurate. I hope to get by this weekend and check them by my plotter.
 
Spoke with MM today to confirm the movie on Saturday. They said they would be there.

I'll be out in flamingo (assuming we find a spot) this weekend if any of you are near by stop in. Papa's Toy is planning on rafting up with us saturday.
 
Hope nobody minds, but I added the Raft-up to the CSR calendar.

Papa's Toy is going to meet me out in the cove on Friday 6-26-09 afternoon. We're gonna try and stake our claim on a good location and grill up some ribs:grin:

yes pass wilderness marina stay right I will be monitoring VHF 68 . I can PM my cell number if I haven't already supplied that in previous emails.

I will send another email out to all those supplied as we get closer.
 
"Here!" or actually "There". This will be our first raft up, so be gentle.

We'll have 3-5 on board (including at least one seven year old looking for noodling buddies), a spare jetski, adult (and regular) beverages and if you look carefully in the marine grade portable humidor...there may be a couple of Cuban cigars. We'll bring extra sandwiches, but I do not have a grille on board and certainly won't look a gift burger in the mouth (in fact, I will be happy to contribute to the larder of anyone planning to grille...I enjoy being generous but hate to mooch).
 
Has everybody sent your contact info to J(everything ires) so he can email all use with the info?

We're still on. Papa's Toy and I will be out there Friday afternoon. I don't have a CSR flag but I do have a large Searay flag I can hang from my bow as a marker.

Just spoke with MM. I need an accurate count so they know how much food to bring on Saturday. If everyone interested will post a confirmation for Saturday June 27 I will get a count back to them.

Wayne & I are planning to come on June 27th. We have our boat in the shop and have not been out on it yet this summer. Hopefully, everything will be settled by then.

Question:

Anybody know of a good/secure place for our SUV&Trailers. I've talked with Little River Marina and can leave them there for like $25.00(5 to launch, 10 a night storage) if I get there before 6:00PM on Friday.
