OK, a couple of weekends left of REAL boating. Where is everyone going in the Northwest? We haven't decided yet and I'm trying to decide on Pend Oreille, Priest Lake or Lake Roosevelt!

LAKE ROOSEVELT!!!! Friday August 31st 9:00am departure to Fort spokane, Boat up to Kettle falls. (70 miles) Moor the boat at the kettle falls marina Friday night while the wife and I attend the 1st Colville High School football game of the year. Saturday monring it is back to towards Seven Bays where there will be a huge man-made water slide. (huge party last year) then just party on lower LR all weekend!!!

I am Praying for sunny and 80!!!!!!!!!

depart the Everett Marina about 4PM and make it to the San Juans about 6:30. Drop anchor somewhere by 7 and come home Monday morning.

Funny you started this topic as I was driving home from work today the same though came to me. I might take the Friday before and the Tuesday after. I have not made to the coast yet this year but with it being the end of the season, I am a little Leary about taking the boat and trailer that far, Prefer to do this after the winter maintenance. Looks like I'll spen a few days on lake Mohave fishing. Of course there is still 10 days to make up my mind.

If all goes as planned the admiral and I will splashing our new to us boat in Lake Mead

OK, tell me more about the man made water slide? Is that similar to the natural ones up at Priest Lake? I think we'll head to Farragut this weekend, but I'm still undecided about Labor Day! This might be something to check out though!

My family and a few very close friends are planning to spend the week after labor day at Lake Powell.
