Does anyone know how the ADC2100 Controller sends power to the starter solenoid? I am only getting 10.5v to activate the solenoid, which is not enough to trigger. Solenoid is new. It is also grounded. I activated it manually but the wire coming from the controller is not sending full 12v.

Wiring diagram shows wire #1 on the main plug P1 is for the starter relay. I would examine that wire. Low voltage could be a lose or bad connection.
