Kohler 10EG Relay Fuse Keeps Blowing

Have a Kohler 10EG gas generator, the fuse for the Relay Interface Board (RIB) blows when I go to start it most times. Out of 4 fuses, started just fine once. Fuse blows right away after I try to start it.

Any help is appreciated.
