Keep Track of Rising Prices

Remember….if something increases in price by $2 and subsequently falls in price by $0.50, it has still increased in price by $1.50.

We all know that. But the average American has a short memory and they think the "low" gas prices are great.

They’re about to go back up. Global recession has reduced consumption. EU is in recession, China in recession, crude has dropped.

Supply chain and refining is still poor so there is no stickiness to current price points.

Paid $2.15 in Indianapolis tonight.

After taking a dollar off per gallon. Thanks to Kroger gas points

I have you beat! We got it for $2.13 a few days ago...and topped off the mowers, generator and gas cans...
We filled up 3 cars and one 5 gallon gas can. We can get 35 gallons at a dollar off. I had assumed that three cars would’ve taken 35 gallons. I would’ve brought a few more cans.

We still have 2,000 more gas points for this month. So another $70 off of gas.

Geez I envy you guys. Paid $4.17 per gallon yesterday for road diesel. It’s awful here on the left coast.
4.17? That's cheap. 5.89 here in western PA. Regular still 3.79. Went to Ohio twice today, first in my truck then in wifes car. filled truck in Ohio for 2.79 and filled car for 2.77. $1/gallon cheaper than here in PA
