I had to skip to the last page, I couldnt read the whole thread because my blood was starting to boil. Im sorry, but this kid is a darwin award winner for jumping in without making it clear to the operator he was doing it. Second, the operator is an idiot for not knowing what is going on inside and around his boat. Yet SOMEHOW, Brunswick is 66% responsible? How about Brunswick is 1% responsible simply for making a boat (which I still don't agree with...it goes back to the suing gun manufacturers for someone getting shot and killed. BOATS DONT KILL PEOPLE, IDIOTS AT THE THROTTLE DO), and the driver is 59% responsible (he threw it into gear didn't he?) and this idiot out to make a buck for his stupidity is 40%.
