June 7-10-2007 Panama City Beach Rendezvous

Glad to hear that, you are now in the will be there list. How about you Charley, are you going to be able to get there? I know early on you were planning on being there but had a few things to arrange before you were definite.

:smt089 if I had only know about this board a month go I'd be in for trailering up and putting in some where. This time I'll miss out I guess. Boating plans for the end and begging of the month May/June are packed already for us. May 25-30th will be down in Punta Gorda at Charlote Harbor with family, then back to the tampa bay for more family June 1-5th and then Friends in Tampa Bay week of June 11th.

Next time though (hopefully) you can count me in as it would be nice to meet everyone.

Sounds like you will be having fun during that time, but you still have the 7-10 time open, so come on up. I do understand that you have a lot going on during that time, so enjoy all that you can. :smt101

Charley,

We will miss you, maybe next time.

Ok guys it's getting close :smt038 Do we have a plan yet

This is the post that started this thread, I thought I would bring it forward to see if anyone has any ideas of if we even want to try to plan anything. It also gives some idea as to how this time will start out.

OK now that we have made it official. No since in burying all the great details of this fabulous extravaganza in the 6th or 7th page of the other thread we are now going to need to do some planning.

1. Arrival - Thursday- Friday.
2. Thursday - Your on your own. I won't be there to hold your hand
and keep you out of trouble till sometime Friday. :smt018
3. Friday - 1800 hrs - I arrive...now the party starts.
4. Friday - 2000 hrs - Meet and Greet at "Hooks" Bottom of the Pirate ship, outside. (Frank's Job - Get large set of tables arranged though local contacts. Yea, Frank knows a lot of people.)
5. Friday - Hang out as long as you can at "Hooks" Talk till you can't any more and just need to take the kids home or go to bed.
6. Saturday - TBD - Meet at Shell Island (East of Tyndell Pier) first and see if anyone wants to go to Crooked Island. (Weather Permitting for smaller Sea Rays.)
7. Sunday - TBD - Meet at Shell Island. Hang till those who have to go home early leave as we wave a fond farewell. :smt089

Ok folks - Fill in the blanks. Those of you who need or want phone numbers directions PM me and I will do all I can to help you make your plans.

What time are we meeting at Hooks on Friday? 6:00PM is what I thought I heard??? I'll be getting back into PCB on Thursday any body else other than Frank and I going to be in town then?

We should be arriving on Thursday. My plan is to try and get out of here as early as possible on Wednesday drive as far as we can. Spend the night and then wake up early on Thursday and finish the drive. Look forward to seeing everyone.

Wesley

I asked Frank to change the meet and greet hours on Friday to 6:00 PM Central. Those that can get there please do, others get there when you can. Everything else is still open for discussion, which we can do later.

The reservations are confirmed at Hook's Grill & Grog on the lower level of the Treasure Ship, 3605 Thomas Drive, PCB for 6:00PM central time until. For those of you who do not know the restaurant, it is a family place with live music, bar, decent food both local and Caribbean style cooking and great atmosphere since it overlooks Grand Lagoon and the Sea Ray dealer's marina.

We will be outside so go to the reception desk inside and ask for "the Club Sea Ray group" and you'll be seated accordingly.

See you on Friday the 8th...........
