I know we're all in a hurry to get 2020 behind us Blue, but it July 2nd and not even the weekend yet. You're just showing off that your weekend started
In my defense it was my birthday on the 2nd....so I should get a pass for starting early :)

Here is a drone pic of us rafted up on a mooring ball for July 3rd Fireworks at Univerty Yacht Club. Friends found the pic on FB.

We had a great time over the 4th. Took some time off work to enjoy the water. We got some close friends out on the boat and met up with some other friends on their boats. Weather was off a bit but not too bad over all. We got to a few different ports and were able to get out on the SPX one night to have a drink on the sandbar. The dog really loves being in the boat. He is the first one to jump in the dingy when we get tied off.

I took my 330DA from South Puget Sound to Hood Canal for the holiday weekend. Had a great trip and very enjoyable staying on the boat.

Had a great day on Saturday. Had the chance to meet up with a couple of boats from MacRay Harbor.
With the warm weather, the water temp felt so good and refreshing.View attachment 87756
There's still a few more MacRay Harbor boats you need to meet up with. :D:D:D

It has been 95° and sunny for the last nine days here in Pennsylvania. Can’t remember ever having this kind of weather for this long. Used the boat almost every day for the last two weeks.

Taking the boat out on the 4th has become a yearly tradition. Our lake is surrounded by 5 cities so we have a 360 degree view of all the fireworks. Always amazing

The most unique sun set I’ve ever seen on the 4th.

That purplish cloud at the end of the valley had an abrupt, angular left end so when the sun set deep and shone upwards the cloud cast a shadow on the sky.

The shadow’s edge moved like a sundial in the sky and was laser straight.

We were out on Block Island for the 4th. Great time and great weather. The only downside is those streamers my wife hung got wet and I have red color embedded in my Strataglass. She is lucky I love her....

We had a great July 4th trip also... Burned 460 +\- gallons of diesel, 15 or so gallons of Gas for the dingy and went through several hundreds of gallons of water...

Left Annapolis the Saturday before the 4th. Heading to the Sassafras River for two nights on the hook. Left Monday morning to the top of the Chesapeake Bay, through the C&D Canal, down the Delaware Bay and out into the Atlantic Ocean for a few miles and then into the New Jersey Intracoastal to Wildwood NJ for the week.

Had a great time running the dingies around Wildwood and up to the Sandbar avoiding the masses at the beaches.

Left Wildwood on Friday the 4th for the almost 5hour ride back to the Chesapeake Bay and stopped at Still Pond for our last two nights.

The local fireworks were surprisingly great and longer than most any show I have seen.
