Johnson outboard impeller

I've got a 1999 Johnson 15hp 4 stroke on my dingy and have a weak stream coming out the pisser line. I'm assuming it's time for an impeller change. I think this is done by taking out the bolts to remove the lower unit. Anyone familiar with this motor? Anything specific I need to know about dropping the lower unit to do this?

Never did a 15 but my 150 was simple. Much better then the 350 bravo
